5. Represented the defendant in the patent-infringement litigation in INVE Belgium vs. Tianjin Municipality Danyang Aquatic Product Technology Co., Ltd. and successfully invalidated some of the plaintiff’s patent rights, leading to the plaintiff to drop the case.
6. Represented the defendant in the patent-infringement mediation in Zhao Youyi vs. Tianjin SupaQ and successfully invalidated the patent rights of the plaintiff and won the case.
7. Represented the defendant in the patent-infringement litigation in Xuzhou KAT Agricultural Equipment Co., Ltd. vs. Tianjin Tractor Manufacturing Corp. Ltd. and successfully revoked the examination decision of the Patent Re-examination Board through invalidation declaration and patent administrative litigation. Both parties eventually reached reconciliation during the second invalidation examination by the Patent Re-examination Board. The case was subsequently included among the major difficult and complicated cases of 2012 by the Intellectual Property Court of the Supreme People’s Court of Beijing Municipality.
8. Represented the defendant in the patent-infringement litigation in TJK Machinery (Tianjin) Co., Ltd. vs. Tianjin Yinfeng Machinery Co.,Ltd. and successfully invalidated certain invention patents through invalidation declaration, leading to the plaintiff to drop the case.
